We have a trip booked though BA Holidays next year but are considering changing the origin from MAN to LGW or LHR. Is it possible to change the flights without cancelling and re-booking (and therefore loosing the deposit) and if so, is there a change fee in addition to the difference in fare? I found mention on the BA website of £100 for hotel changes but couldn't see anything about flight changes.
