We have just gotten off our flight from LAX-TPE, our first Eva flight in years. Having flown it, I will now actively seek it out again. We are very pleased about the onboard experience. Everything was excellent.
  1. Seat comfort
  2. Storage around seat
  3. Flight attendant service
  4. Food - we ordered in advance so had a few additional choices for the main meal Appetizers were excellent. Skipped dessert to sleep.
  5. Pajamas - Jason Wu athleisure were stylish. My husband is sure to wear his around the house
  6. Amenity kits - Giorgio Armani, newly introduced in the last week or so - better than any other business class product I've flown in the past 2 or 3 years
  7. Spacious bathrooms, easy to change clothes
A negative is the ground service in Taipei. On the positive side, we didn't have to go thru any screening for our connecting flight. On the negative side, there was no signage to find the lounge. It was quite a challenge. And it wasn't where an employee set us. Once found, I hoped to have some great dim sum selections given we entered it before 6am. I found food choices odd and on the whole unappealing.
