Helping a relative try to get the best Polaris seat on a UA 787-9, overnight flight, traveling solo. I'm thinking 9A is the best seat, since it's one of four bulkhead window seats (meaning bigger footwell), and it's the only one of the four that doesn't have a lavatory in front of it (although 1A's nearest lav is farther away than for 1L and 9L). Anything I'm overlooking?
Galley noise/light is a consideration for some. I wouldn't worry though.
