Yes, I am looking to fly from Singapore to Calgary in Sep 2024 and using my krisflyers miles to redeem the flight award. Because SIA will no longer operate that route to Vancouver.

I went to SIA Service Centre in Ion Orchard and they told me no award available from Air Canada. They told me I could see online myself too, if there is any Air Canada awards. I told the SIA personnel that not all awards are shown there and if there is any other way they he can confirm. He said what they see is the same as what I see. I also called up Krisflyer to request again and they also said there wasn't any.

So, I was wondering if indeed the SIA online system could see Air Canada flight awards. Hence I posted the query here.
