Seems like ANA is holding back on releasing award seats to partners. While I realize that seatmaps are not an accurate measure of flight loads, with less than a week before departure, there are 38 business class seats available (out of 68).

Yet via MileagePlus only 2 are available. None available via AeroPlan.
