I wouldn't want to be in that pursers shoes, first he finds out that the two poor souls who have been sat in the seats he thouht to be blocked were C2000 Ulti with companion, then he realizes they were looking half the flight at the crew delivering the Platinum effect to those seated around them while they are ignored and now he'll come to work to see that Ben Lipsey is looking into this personally...
