Had quite a confusing checkin experience. Even though they have an elite checkin counter, the lady there refused to serve me and told me to wait in the general line. Since that line had about 10 people, it would have been for once useful to actually benefit from one of these elite counters. I could have also used the app to checkin however that failed since the earliest time I could select was 16:00 (it was 15:00).

It's not the first time staying at this hotel, I always thought the staff was not that friendly. However the views are excellent and most of the time I get nice upgrades. This time I used expiring SNU and got a huge suite with kitchen and large living room and dining table. That kind of compensates the lousy checkin experience.
