Dubai and Reykjavik give me good suite supgrades and great service.
No upgrade in Shanghai but their service makes up for it and the hotel did seems busy.

London however, take the crown. combining bad service and treating elites like liabilities by giving the worst room at the hotel (hotel not full at that time) and refuse to do anything when I have noise complaints from their plumbing noise.
