Stayed here last week for 2 nights on points.
  • Still in preview mode so lots of inexperienced staff but very friendly
  • Was offered a 4pm checkout as platinum with a snack as a welcome gift in the room
  • Offered upgraded room which was quite spacious
  • Automated blinds, shades activated upon entry to the room
