Other airlines have regular promo periods when it is possible to buy and save some money (eg. KL with anniversary codes in October; AF for its 90th years or St Valentine; Aegean for NYE or Black Friday...). I've subscribed SQ newsletter (not as a Krisflyer member) and I never received (even in SPAM) any promo suggestion to incite me to buy their product.
Moreover I noticed that on November 2024 Business (J) Light fares (which are interesting to me) appeared shortly to disappear in few days and now only standard business remain. May I expect some promo actions in the coming months or isn't their way?

This is going to depend on the port of origin. I don't recall SIA advertising during Black Friday but it release ultra-low business light fares on 15th November good until 11th December for those whose flights commence from the Philippines. I don't know for other markets, but where you commence your journey matters.
