As a regular in the CCR, last Friday (24th Nov) I actually went to find someone I knew to be especially proactive to quietly mention that a few people around me were having their orders repeatedly ignored. As has been mentioned, a lot of new staff started just before then and there seemed to be a “someone else is serving you” attitude even when direct requests were made.
