It's a big problem for all the hotel companies in China bit also globally as Chinese can travel abroad again. I've written about someone I know in China who did this for 50 rooms a night in Qatar during world cup
Yeah I think that’s a massive oversight. At a minimum the same rules for Globalist should’ve applied to Guest of Honor which is 9 booked rooms per night maximum. Don’t get me wrong that’s still way too many but it’s significantly less than 50!
