I visit the CCR once or twice a month and normally sit on the terrace. Service is very hit or miss. Some days I need to flag people down to take an order (sometimes more than once), sometimes I get asked by three people in a row. Sometimes orders come promptly, sometimes they get lost. Sometimes I get brought random things I didn't order. I've never complained (I don't think it would make a difference) - just waited 5 minutes then asked someone else politely.
