We love it. We use our 21 primary nights and 14 additional nights every year.
We have family in London and we use it as an apartment 2x a year. There are storage bins for members so we can leave clothes, photos, Apple TV equipment etc there between stays so that we can travel lightly.
There is a kitchenette that we use for breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner at night.
The location is amazing as I am sure you know.
Something to be aware of is that it is not really a hotel. There is no bar and no restaurant but that is not an issue for us at all as we have our favourites in the area. There is room service which is fine.
I am a huge fan for our use case.
The staff make the place. They are excellent.
The property was getting a little tired but they are in the process of redoing all of the residences.
Some of the common spaces have already been redone and look great. Still quite traditional but with a bit more flair.
