Was on the site searching flights. Then it errored out. I logged off but unable to log back in. Said technical errors please wait some moment to try again. Tried to log in using my husband's credential, got the same result.
No email ever comes. Just unable to log in.
Change browsers and/or clear cache (Edge is my go-to browser for BA.com searching, my Chrome tends to throw it off as you described)?
