Maybe my Love it’s because no one has either had cause for complaint, or if they did decided that wouldn’t be bothered?

I would not be able to contrite to that discussion as those hallowed portals have only opened for me upon invitation on one occasion and as the guest of BA themselves. Do not think that I am in the least bit envious as frankly I’m quite happy with the FLounge. I regard any Lounge as better than nothing, and frankly when I go into third party Lounges I find the majority worse than what is offered by BA. Only the Flagship Lounges excel in my opinion.

To answer “what can I expect” my guess would be a few thousand Avios. Ultimately the time to complain constructively has passed. Baxter Storey cares less in any event. Their relationship with BA is one that I deplore. If BA fired them and get someone a really high grade hospitality provider (unfortunately the UK does not have an equivalent of Melia Hotel Group who ran the Iberia Lounge in T4S at Barajas at one point (maybe they still do?)) as opposed to the College Catering crew that currently have the contract.
