IIRC, when travelling with a family member with nut allergy sometime back, the crew brought out a significantly less hi-tech menu than QR (i.e. a few sheets of paper within a folder) that showed allergens within the onboard menu items. But not BTC items as, presumably, one would ask about allergens before booking the cook. But my memory was 5-6 years back though and I'm unsure if the process has changed.
