The current version of the personal American Express Green card awards three points per dollar in the Travel category. Chase Sapphire Reserve and INK Preferred also award thee points per dollar.
The Hilton Aspire card awards 14 points per dollar for spend at Hilton properties. Hilton points are not as valuable as Membership Rewards or Ultimate Rewards points, but 14 Hilton points should be worth more than 3 of the others.
For that amount of spend you could open and use a few new cards to earn the new account bonus on each. Over what period of time will you need to pay $50,000?
We have to pay in next 7-8 months, several installments spread out over upcoming months.
Hilton aspire is one I was thinking too but don't have much experience with Hilton, I have been Hyatt explorist or globalist over last several years and use Marriot and have decent status with them too but not much experience with Hilton

So if you want some or all of your spend as 4.5% in credits against future travel -- rather than as hotel or airline points/miles -- the Altitude Reserve is a card worth considering.
