As fascinating as this thread is with everyone recounting their varied experiences in the CCR and advice as to how the OP should have behaved, I don’t see that anyone has substantively addressed the OPs question of ‘what can I expect’…. Beyond a pillorying on FT, of course.
Has anyone else experienced sub-optimal service in CCR, made a complaint downstream, and, if so, what was the outcome?
