It is about time for them to admit that California outside of SAN is just not on their priority list for the foreseeable future.
SFO/LAX-BOS/JFK are premium routes. AS simply can’t compete with their current fleet against the mainline carriers OR jetblue so it’s logical that they cut back instead of continuing to bleed. 38/42 are consistently empty. I frequently will have my wine and cheese and then take a nap in an empty row in back.
