Entire narrowbody fleet, mostly because of the 737-8 MAX and the 49 737-9 MAX aircraft. According to the fleet site, UA has a dozen narrowbodies undergoing NEXT conversion right now. Realistically, I do not see this project finishing for another four years instead of three years and that includes a few A320s going out to pasture.
