UA has consistently overridden those rules by providing residual FFC when the purchase is made directly with UA. Travel agents are not given that ability.
This was booked directly with UA on the phone as the agent reading the change rules back to me and I caught the no residual line so I pushed harder. So, is this misleading on the "1K" agent part? Or something new?
