Sorry, it appears I wasn't entirely clear with my ask. I'm entirely aware of the policy, hence linking. QR has a very similar publicly facing policy, presumably because they're concerned about legal risk. However, the reality, is different, allergen menus are common in, and out, of DOH. What I was interested in specifically was whether such allergy sheets tend to be loaded, an example of what I'm looking for is pasted below, from a recent QR flight.
