As above, yes to domestic lounge access but priority boarding is a complete joke. On the last point specifically, you’ll get an extra 20kg per *G only if you purchase Seat+Bag, FlexiChange and FlexiRefund fares. Purchasing a Seat fare will exclude you from this benefit.

Note the cost for these 4 ‘products’ are layered on for each price point, so this means a full Y Seat fare costing (say $NZ 340) is way more expensive that a FlexiRefund at a lower fare class eg P/K/X fare say $NZ 100. So it can be advantageous to book well ahead, and buy either of the FlexiFares if you think you may change flight on the day.

If your flight is an award, or part of an overseas long-haul journey, then you’ll get all the *G benefits.

Finally, domestic fares can be purchased cheaper (usually) on local website on both www.airnewzealand.co.nz and www.grabaseat.co.nz (an AirNZ channel for sales).
