Just retuned from a fabulous 4 night stay. As others have noted this property is AMAZING.
I was on a cash rate at about $300 per night for the base room. Being late Nov the weather was cold so maybe room demand is down? If redeming points- the value is great.
Breakfast at ~$30USD per day per person was well worth it.
The bar was voted "most beautiful hotel bar in the world" and it was impressive. Enjoyed both evening drinks and afternoon tea there.
Location was great. Walk to everyting in 20 min or 10 min ride via taxi/uber.

Others have hit the high points so here is what i think i can contribute:
- Sometimes when you see that its a old building it means noisy and...well... old. That is the furherst from the truth. Minimal noise was noticed from nearby rooms and the construciton/rennovation is top notch.
- I had considerable help from the concierage in both getting the lay of the land and in booking resturants. Top notch service and assistance.
