I can imagine they have deals with airlines for crews but I doubt that would be TK. TK has everything in place to ship pax from IST to hotels already, so they have no reason to change to a in-terminal hotel unless the cost is lower (which I seriously doubt).
Also, it seems plenty of people are asking for hotel in IST. The demand is there. Hotels in Istanbul has been really expensive when we last looked. It's like over 100 EUR a night for a Western chain hotel.
