Initially, I didn't mind it; but it's almost 6 or 7 years now? I just tire of dealing with, "well, you did for this person or you did it for me last year, why not this time?"

I'm with you here! Had no idea how great this program really was when I first joined. My first several suite upgrades were in SE Asia all the Executive Suites, not just the "standard" one. Probably, at least for me, never experience that again.
