first part is correct - but AF now flys to my home airport (as of last month), and looking to see what my options are for a trip next year.
but to your second part- I would probably be transferring in the neighborhood of 150-200k points if I make the flight - would that put me at risk for a block? I wouldn't be doing the transfer for 30+ days - and I have heard some plans require you to have an account for a month before a transfer.
