Even at well under 24 hours, when I logged in to look at the booking, there was a note at the top of the page that said I could not change or cancel my booking online and would have to call. This was the same for my previous trip with SAS. I don't know if it has to do with booking from the U.S. rather than from Scandinavia.

I had trouble making the booking online. I had everything filled in, flights, passengers, etc. and tried to pay. Despite re-checking my payment details three times, and absolutely certain they were correct, I kept getting messages to correct the errors on the payment method. I finally had to call and the agent made the booking by phone. I was using Safari on a MacBook Pro, and also tried Firefox while on the phone with her. She told me I had to use Chrome, that it was the only compatible browser with SAS' website. I don't use Chrome, but after having the trouble, I actually installed it against my better judgement, to see if I would get better results, but it was still glitchy and every time I did a search, it would give me errors and tell me to try later (although I never tried the booking process in Chrome).

Even though the agent had my address, email, and other details from my EB number, without my having to give them to her, when I logged into my account, my booking wasn't there without typing in the booking reference and searching manually.
