Oh, same here last night. I was a redemption, but I phoned.

I spoke to one Manila (English call centre) agent and one Tsuen Wan or Guangzhou (Cantonese call centre) agent by phone. I had to tell both CX does not fly to Vienna (do they know where they fly...), so they need to run partner search with AY. And only the Cantonese agent knew how to do that.
