Flying Blue is a single frequent flyer programme, shared by both Air France and KLM, and it is also used by TAROM, Aircalin and Transavia.
it is not allowed to have more than one Flying Blue account (also, it makes no sense to have more than one Flying Blue account. If you now have more than one Flying Blue account, and there are miles in each one, then you should have them merged).
Your single Flying Blue account "works" with all of these airlines. There is no such thing as an Air France-specific Flying Blue account (even if you originally created the account by signing up via the Air France website); there is no such thing as a KLM-specific Flying Blue account (even if you originally created the account by signing up via the KLM website). Any Flying Blue account works on, and is instantly recognised by, each of the participating airlines (and, for mileage earning and status purposes, by all of the Skyteam member airlines; and for mileage earning purposes only, by all other Flying Blue partner airlines that are not Skyteam members).
You can log in either to flyingblue.com, airfrance.com or klm.com using your Flying Blue number. You can search for, and book, redemption awards by going directly to either the Air France or KLM websites, logging in using your Flying Blue details, and then doing a normal "search" once you have clicked on the "Book with Miles" tab.
