Yes during winter season there is only 1 flight each from AF and KLM and as Goldorak said both are mid afternoon... So this might be priority pass after or as you noted being contracted to other airlines.... Once the 2-3 flights a day start back up in early spring, I would imagine it's different and back to sky team access for a longer duration.
