I have a suffix for my MP account and now Avianca cannot allow entry MP # ?
So, I am a "JR"
On my MP United account, JR is my suffix
my travel agent booked my ticket on Avianca, and to match my passport, my name was entered as "SMITHJR" not "SMITH"
So, now, when Avianca and/or travel agent wants to add my MP#, it is rejecting because "SMITH" and "SMITHJR" dont match
How can i make sure i get the proper credit for this Avianca flight????
