See AA thread for AA's food for purchase on transcon. Not much food in coach for medium/short-haul flights.
Nice variety of meals available for purchase on all Song flights. DL/US shuttle still serve more than other mainline flights of equivalent short length. Just a little bit of info.
NO hot meals on Continental if you are flying domestically in coach. Even EWR-HNL gets only two sandwiches!
