Reading the Finnair quotes with a critical mind, they actually don't specifically say "award tables will be reduced with 3:2 rate". They only say "...the value will be unchanged" and "prices ... for product and services... on average will change by the same 3:2 ratio".

So of course it might be that they are not at all meaning award tables but only that avios will have the same vallue when buying bags, seats and lounge passes.

Just one more month to go before they are supposed to tell us.
