I like it. It gives you a bit of a lift to come back to a refreshed room, especially if you messed things up a bit before going out. And no I don't use a completely new towel every day but it's one of the nice things about staying in a hotel.

It seems like it's been years since I have had a chocolate left at any hotel, let alone a Hilton brand. This includes the Raffles in Singapore, and they don't get much higher end than that.
