Indeed, since it was reported that TK was paying USD 35-40 per night for the Renaissance Polat, and presumably less for 3* and 4* properties, I doubt the Hilton would negotiate with TK for a such low rate.
I am predicting that the main base of that hotel would be those people ( especially from the USA ) worried about morning flights, as well as those people who could get reimbursed by their company for an overnight layover, etc...

Since there would be 3 hotels in that area and we only know the brand and the concept of only one, I am also wondering how the other hotels over there would be branded.
