Just a note: Welcome to FT, terrysalmi!
Just wondering: if "amateurs" really make deplaning 10 minutes longer, what's WN's turn-around time in places like LAS and MCO? Surely it can't be the famed 30 minutes, as it'd take 10 minutes for pax to get off and 10 to get on, leaving a miniscule amount of time for taxiing, cleaning (do they clean between flights?), reloading (maybe not), etc. Or do the flights get in earlier than the arrival time?
Anyway, back to the OP's topic: I usually find the most people are very good, but still think it's funny when the guy in front of me sets of the WTMD and the TSA agents is already pointing to his cellphone still clipped on his belt and telling him to go through again. But no hard feelings, everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
