Etihad is not easy

I just received my refund and the tickets in question were originally purchased July 10th 2022 and Etihad issued my refund Nov. 23. 2022.

Here is some info I hope will help you since they are the most challenging company I have ever experienced dealing with...
* Aside from an email or the like that outlines a your refund authorization, it seems there is an approval level that comes from the Etihad Refund Team and once they approve, a 'Case Reference' (which consist of 13 numbers) and a 'CRM' (which is 11 numbers) is generated and issued for your refund in question

- the information I provided is based on what Etihad team provided me and I am not sure if they is standard amount of digits
* Once I received my CASE Reference # and CRM I had someone follow up with an email from their general mailbox [email protected] and their first name was in the signature. Emailing them was challenging but when I called and provided my CASE Reference # I was able to obtain somewhat better responses and info.
- once you have that info then you just need to be diligent in following-up, I set-up a weekly calendar reminder just to poke them OR call them and talk to a person live and occasionally they provided some additional info I would add if needed i.e. Flight Reference info and or ticket info
I have asked for e transfer transaction confirmation details because I had refunds for 4 tickets but only 3 were issued. These payments are always late and never in line with what your refund was approved for but when I provided my Refund info ‘Flight Reference’ plus “flight Ticket’ number info it helped with clarifying the specific details
The email aliases I used were...
