Hi All,
I suffer from a nut allergy; it's not airborne, but it is severe enough to worry about ingredients in food; traces are fine. I'm considering a routing to KUL / SIN with SG, likely originating in OSL > MUC. I've never flown with them before, so was looking for some crowd sourced knowledge goodness.
SG appears to have one of the better - or at least clearer - allergy policies, per this page here (
https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/g...nut-allergy/); it sounds like the option they'd encourage me to take would be to pre-order a non-strict nut-free meals (NFMLA). My experience with these previous has been mixed. So a couple of questions for those who fly on the reg:
- Do SG carry allergen menus (e.g. an iPad, load sheet etc) on their flights out of Europe?
- Do SG carry allergen menus (e.g. an iPad, load sheet etc) on their flights out of Asia?
- Are the NFMLA meals any good, or are they not?
- Does Book the Cook offer allergen information at all?
Many thanks in advance!
