I don't know how fast the Guinness Book of Records can get to a Germany city to document it 8pm on a Friday I doubt anyone is working...

First I was thinking about that but then it sounded more like porn (very fake) - also that guy would have been totally exhausted if it for real (unless there were many in that room) - when they packed up there were a lot of movement of equipment.

Regarding moving room at 4:30am - I wouldn't want that either unless the whole family is up. Last time I was in a Marriott in Houston and a group of people were having a pre-party in their room, and I called the front desk - the reply was "you need to let people talk". I replied, "it's 1am and if I can hear every word they said it's too loud - also the hotel has a quiet policy after 10pm". The hotel didn't offer me to move room or anything and those people finally shut up.
