If LAS-LAX-SCL is on one ticket - since Delta is the first checkin carrier your Delta baggage allowance will apply (with the status). You値l see it when you try to check-in. The baggage calculator would give you 2 @ 70 no status, 3 @ 70 with status (assuming the ticket is D1/LATAM Top)
Returning from PUQ if your first flight is starting with LATAM, you値l have to follow the LATAM baggage policy but you値l get 1 extra with Delta status (Gold and above). You値l have to check their default allowance by whichever class of service you are flying back.
If SCL-PUQ is less than 24 hours, it値l get tagged straight through. However, I don稚 know if you have to pick up and recheck in SCL.
Id stick with lowest baggage allowance if this is a round trip. Unless you plan to bring goods one way but not on the way back.
