Sometimes I see people saying they got an upgrade, and its something so minor they dont even notice. Like from a King Room to King Room w/ Sofa. Upgrade doesnt mean a suite.
Are you sure you got the exact room you booked? No description change at all?
Agreed, I've gotten upgraded before where the upgrade is just a street view vs a courtyard view or parking lot view. Same exact room as the one booked previously.
