Got an email from BA saying that my account had been locked to prevent cyber crime. Instructions were to log onto a link provided (suspect) and log in as normal and then provide a new password and answer some questions to restore my account.
I did verify that the app has kicked me out of my account before proceeding.
I go to BA.COM and attempt to log in, but all I get is a message starting that my account is locked and to follow the instructions in the email!
