NIce question! SAS usually has campaign prices in Plus a few times per year and with the SEK being cheap right now they're about €630 return ARN-LAX. Assuming starting from zero you would get 10% extra on flights once you reach silver, and 25% extra once you reach gold. You'd then need 6 of these trips to make diamond, costing you about EUR 3800. Starting from say BGO instead and doing two feeders each way the price would decrease a bit.
