Can anyone explain this (see below)? #1 & #2 entries on polaris upgrade list are #4 & #5 entries on premium plus list. And the #1 & #2 & #3 entries on premium plus list are below them on the polaris list.
This is annoying me, since I'm a 1k in a paid premium plus seat but these guys are ahead of me, but presumably not GS and presumably not in Premium Plus. I suppose they could be different people on the two lists but I doubt it.

Why can't they be GS? Could also be GS sponsored. GS clears into PN from Y, and not PZ, which why they are at the top of the J upgrade list. There is no special GS upgrade buckets in PE cabin, which would explain them being further back.
