Hotel leaves me cold. Good location for West Berlin. Rooms a generous size.
However, the property appears to have a bit of a capex backlog. Carpets have seen better days. Beds, and especially duvets and cushions, too. Tiles in bathroom damaged, shower head couldn’t be fixed and annoyingly kept moving. No shelf for conditioner and body gel bottles in shower, they are just placed on the floor. Differently branded shampoo. Corridors with a vibe from Arthur Miller’s ‘Death of a Salesman’.
Depending on price paid it may be ok, but not what I’d expect from (in particular an international) Hyatt.
