www.UnitedWiFi.com on your phone's browser. The T-Mobile option will appear on the first page that loads as one of the choices for internet access. On devices other than phones, that option won't appear.
Everytime it's been extremely slow so not that useful. It says it supports video streaming, not sure how that's possible when it can barely load the login page
The T-Mobile connection is the same speed as any other type of connection. What changes, is the airplane and the internet provider installed in that airplane. Viasat is the most reliable and fastest. Panasonic has (nearly) worldwide coverage so is on all of the widebodies. Thales is in the process of being replaced.
