As to why this thread is on the Europe bard well it'e been here for over a year. You can always red triangle it and ask a mod to move it.

It seems this has always been allowed, and then suddenly stopped, coinciding with the Best T3 lougne thread reports of CX lounge being full.
Wasn't security queues longer last year - and there was no banning of changing terminals.
Relevance to this thread is perhaps there is a slight chance if we're going to Amex and not CX....
