I purchased a fully changeable/refundable ticket between TPA and RDU. I called to push the departure date back two days (keeping the same flights), and the fare went up a whopping $0.44 on the same fare basis. The best part is American charged my credit card the $0.44! Anyone else have a miniscule fare increase like that? I wonder how much American spent in CC processing fees on that charge...
